Earlier this month, JAY-Z broke the internet with the release of his album, 4:44. It’s gritty, truthful and confrontational. The album also addresses the long-lived rumors of his infidelity during his relationship with Beyoncé.

Now, “The Story of OJ” musician has released an 11-minute mini-documentary that features deep conversations about his dealings with women.

In the work Hov gets even more candid about his relationship with the Lemonade singer.

“This is my real life. I just ran into this place and we built this big, beautiful mansion of a relationship that wasn’t totally built on the 100 percent truth and it starts cracking. Things start happening that the public can see,” JAY-Z explained about his marriage.

The “Empire State of Mind” rapper also stated that fighting for his marriage was more difficult than growing up in New York City’s Marcy Projects.

“Then we had to get to a point of, ‘Okay, tear this down and let’s start from the beginning’ … It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done.”

JAY-Z also discloses that his wife was he first to hear 4:44 in the mini-doc.

“We just got to a place where, in order for this to work, this can’t be fake. Not one ounce. I’m not saying it wasn’t uncomfortable because obviously it was,” he said.
