Michael B. Jordan is doubling down on his commitment to diversity by accepting actress Frances McDormand’s challenge to start adopting “inclusion riders” in Hollywood deal.

According to CNN, an “inclusion rider” is an actor who requires producers to give parts to actors who represent the film’s demographics. This includes consideration of the actors’ gender, sexual orientation, race and physical capabilities.

The riders also have the option of stipulating that movie producers attempt to hire a diverse behind-the-scenes crew to make the industry even more inclusive.

Jordan took to Instagram to accept McDormand’s challenge which was disclosed during her Oscar acceptance speech on Sunday.
