The head of the Baltimore school police force and two officers are on administrative leave after a video showing an officer repeatedly slapping a young man at a school surfaced.

A series of slaps and a kick even was caught on camera as the officer cursed while striking the juvenile victim at Reach Partnership School.

Chief Marshall Goodwin was placed on leave after the recording came to attention of authorities.

“I was totally appalled at what I saw today,” said Karl Perry, chief officer of school supports.
