A New York City chiropractor was arrested earlier this week for threats allegedly made against an African-American policewoman and a White school crossing guard who has a Black child, law enforcement officials said.

The New York Daily News reported that Danielle Serini, 38, who lives in the city’s Staten Island borough, sent racist letters to a police precinct that threatened Officer Ebony Glover and the child of crossing guard Jennifer Becker.

“My next opportunity will be getting rid of you and that ugly ass n***** child of the crossing guard,” she wrote to Glover, court records say. “Keep thinking he’s safe in school, but when the opportunity hits, it will with a bang. N*****s don’t belong in my neighborhood.” The documents also say she sent a bag of lollipops to Becker and Glover’s homes on March 7.

According to the Daily News, Serini works in a chiropractic office across the street from a public school where Becker works and where Glover monitors crossing guards and has had an ongoing conflict with them.

She has also reportedly yelled profanities at Becker and accused other cops of ticketing her clients. Becker got an order of protection against Serini in June, 2016, officials said. She is charged with stalking, harassment and violating a protective order. A judge ordered her held on $3,500 bail after her arraignment.
