President Donald Trump is attempting to take credit for the decline in the African-American unemployment rate while also taking aim at Brooklyn business man Jay-Z following comments he made on CNN.

“Somebody please inform Jay-Z that because of my policies, Black Unemployment has just been reported to be at the LOWEST RATE EVER RECORDED!” Trump tweeted Sunday morning.

The current unemployment rate for African-Americans is 6.8%, and has been on a steady decline since 2010 according to CNN.

Trump’s tweet came following Hov’s remarks regarding the president on the season premiere of CNN’s The Van Jones Show, where he referred to 45 as a “superbug.”

“You haven’t fixed anything,” Jay said when asked about outing “closet racists,” like former NBA owner, Donald Sterling. “You have sprayed perfume on the trash can. What you do when you do, that is the bugs come. You spray something and you create a superbug because you don’t take care of the problem.

He went on, “You don’t take the trash out, you keep spraying whatever over it to make it acceptable. As those things grow, you create a superbug. And then now we have Donald Trump, the superbug.”
