Reverend Martin Luther King Jr.’s nine-year-old granddaughter surprised the crowd at the March For Our Lives rally in Washington D.C. to share her grandfather’s dream.

“My grandfather had a dream that his four little children will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character,” said Yolanda Renee King at Saturday’s rally. “I have a dream that enough is enough and that this should be a gun free world.”

King then led the massive crowd to a chant about the future of her generation.

“Will you please repeat these words after me?” the nine-year-old asked the crowd. “Spread the word, have you heard? All across the nation, we are going to be a great generation.”
