James Comey is a fan of NBA superstar LeBron James.

Comey was on Good Morning America on Tuesday promoting his new book A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership when he spoke about how he modeled running the FBI after The Cleveland Cavaliers star.

“I admire LeBron James. I used to talk about him all over the FBI,” Comey told George Stephanopoulos. “He illustrated what the endless pursuit of excellence looks like.”

The former FBI director said that he read that James always tries to improve his game during the offseason and he looked up to that.

“I used to say inside the FBI, this is a great organization, but it’s not good enough. It can never be good enough,” he said. “We have to find parts of our game to make better. Look at LeBron James.”
