A Baltimore judge will hear a motion by prosecutors to compel a second police officer to testify against his colleague on charges stemming from the death of Freddie Gray.

Baltimore Circuit Judge Barry Williams will hold the hearing Wednesday afternoon in response to prosecutors' request to force Officer Garrett Miller to testify against Officer Edward Nero.



Nero's trial is scheduled to begin May 10.
