ENTRY/WINNER DETERMINATION: Between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on February 13, 2014 and 11:59 p.m. ET on February 17, 2014 ("Promotion Period"). Giveaway will offer five Trojan® True Romance packages. All eligible respondents to each Giveaway will be entered for a chance to win a prize in that Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Giveaway. Limit one (1) response/entry per person and email account. Multiple responses/entries received from any person or email account after the first response/entry received from that person will be void. Responses/entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Johnson Publications and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one (1) prize per person (and from one email account) during the Promotion Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via email to their personal account, which they must have accurately submitted a valid personal mailing address to receive the prize. We will be sending the prizes via USPS Parcel services with tracking, there will be no cost for winners per delivery. Receiving prize will only be via USPS Parcel Mail. If a potential winner is not compliant with these rules, a prize notification is returned as undeliverable or the potential winner does not respond to the prize notification within the specified time period, prize will be forfeited and, at Johnson Publication's discretion, an alternate winner selected.
