Aaron Schlossberg, New York City Lawyer

The New York City lawyer who berated Spanish speaking employees at a restaurant earlier this week refused to speak to reporters outside his home Thursday.

Shielding himself with an open umbrella, Aaron Schlossberg ran away from New York Post reporters as they questioned him about the racist tirade he unleashed on Fresh Kitchen employees.

“Please send help,” Schlossberg said to someone on his cellphone. “They’re claiming things that aren’t true … grabbing me, not letting me walk.”

“They won’t let me move. They’re surrounding me,” he continued. He managed to get away and hopping into a cab.

In the viral video, Schlossberg can be seen yelling at employees for speaking Spanish to Spanish speaking customers in the store.

“They have the balls to come here and live off of my money? I pay for their welfare, I pay for their ability to be here,” he says in the video. “The least they could do, the least they could do is speak English.”

The attorney has a history of harassing people in public. In 2016, he verbally assaulted a man on the street and called him “an ugly f*cking foreigner.”

Due to his recent actions, Schlossberg lost the office space for his private law firm, according to the New York Post.

“We have terminated his services agreement with us,” Hayim Grant, the president of Corporate Suites, which operates the business center where the office was located. “His actions are just not consistent with our community and rules and regulations … It’s totally contrary to everything we believe in as a company and personally.”
