People are calling for an or an investigation over a Minneapolis Park Police officer drawing a gun on four handcuffed Black teens on Tuesday after a 911 call about them having weapons was made, according to Star Tribune.

In a video posted by Brianna Lindell that has gotten over 1 million views on Facebook, you can see two of the four Black teens sitting on the ground, handcuffed in front of a police vehicle.

In her post, Lindell said that the four boys were being hassled by a White teen, who called them the N-word and who said he had a knife.

Police said on Wednesday that they received a 911 call about a situation at Minnehaha Park that involved weapons. They confirmed that no weapons were found and the call is now being questioned, per Star Tribune.

Park Police Chief Jason Ohotto and Park Superintendent Mary Merrill have called for an independent investigation, after watching the video.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MN) called the phone call fake and that it was “targeting Somali Children.”

“There must be an immediate independent and transparent investigation of this potentially deadly police response to and allegedly false report targeting minority youth,” said Jaylani Hussein, CAIR-MN executive director.

Minnesota Police with Star Tribune that an officer pointed his gun in the “general direction” of the four boys.
