The attorney representing a police officer charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Chicago teenager says his client will enter a plea of not guilty.

Jason Van Dyke fatally shot 17-year-old Laquan McDonald in October 2014. He was charged last week after a video showing him shooting McDonald 16 times was released last week.

The judge in the case ordered Van Dyke held without bond until he was able to review the video. Read more at WGN.
