Former House speaker Newt Gingrich scored a huge win on Saturday in the South Carolina GOP primary. Mitt Romney’s camp is notably concerned.

From The Washington Post:

The 12-point win represented a swift and extraordinary turnaround in Gingrich’s fortunes — thanks largely to strong performances in two debates. In those forums, he issued a stirring appeal to the state’s strident conservatism, convinced its voters he would be a formidable opponent against President Obama and threw Romney off his stride.

But what about the photograph of Obama laughing hysterically at the news of Gingrich’s win? Did The Washington Post use this picture to incite criticism of the President? Was it even taken at the moment of the win or just selected randomly to accompany the article?
