So there’s a petition out calling on Beyoncé to skip the KimYe wedding because, uh, apparently, some members of the Beyhive feel they can police Beyoncé’s calender.

Part of the petition goes: “Now we must do all in our power to stop Beyoncé from attending that god forsaken wedding, since her husband Jay Z is BFF’s with Kanye he probably wants both of them to go. Beyoncé should not be forced to go and sit thru that torture while surrounded by the Kardashian pigs. Beyoncé do not go to that wedding you don’t have to do it to please that whore and her jackass fiance.”

These people need to be hosed down with sanity. By the way, a real stan always includes the accent over the last E in her name. Don’t worry, I fixed it for y’all. [Change.org]

Ciara is opening up about her wedding plans to new fiancé Future, telling Entertainment Tonight: “It’s going to be around next year because he’s on tour now and I’m finishing up stuff. We wanted it to be at the best time. I just know I don’t want it to be when it’s super hot. I don’t want everyone to be burning up at the wedding. I want the perfect weather. There’s probably going to be two parts to it because we have so much family in Atlanta, but I likes the sun. I likes the exotic places in the world, you know?”

Mazel Tov, my Negroes in love, but I sure do wish these people would be speaking to Ciara about her music. [Necole Bitchie]

The Major League Baseball Players Association is investigating whether or not Jay Z violated its rules by gifting Yankee second baseman Robinson Cano a watch worth nearly $34,000. According to reports, Cano received a Shawn Carter Classic Fusion watch by Hublot during an Oct. 22 party in Belgium while celebrating his 31st birthday.

MLBPA regulations forbid agents from offering “any money, or any other thing of value” to players in an attempt to persuade them to continue using their services. Agents are allowed to give gifts to players who are already their clients, though the union must be notified in writing of any gift exceeding $500. How did the MLBPA find out about this? Cano posted pictures of the event and gift on Instagram. [Love B. Scott]

Remember Cash Money rapper Turk? Well, Turk took to YouTube to call out his former Cash Money colleagues – Lil’ Wayne, Birdman, Slim, Mannie Fresh and others – for not supporting him during hard times. That includes the murder of his father. In his short video, he claims, “Y’all showed on me too many occasions, but right now, this the last straw.” He added, “Time reveal every man.” Don’t be like that, y’all. Hit that man up. Also, do a real Hot Boys and Big Tymers reunion. [Miss Info]

Samuel L. Jackson will be playing his first gay role. Sam has signed on to join the cast of Stephen King’s 2006 best-selling novel Cell. The movie is describes as an “apocalyptic horror novel about a man who tries to find his son as a powerful signal broadcast to all cell phones turns the world into bloodthirsty monsters.” So like Twitter? Anyway, Sam Jack will portray Tom McCourt – a middle-aged gay engineer and former soldier. [That Grape Juice]

In an interview with theGrio, Jim Jones and partner, Chrissy Lampkin talked about the gentrification of Harlem.

When asked about the subject, Jim explained: “I think gentrification can be a good thing for Harlem. But you gotta employ people from the neighborhood. If not, who’s benefiting from it?” Chrissy added, “Growing up in the 80s we didn’t know any better. The mentality in general back then was just to survive. Not to build or to become owners.”

Jim followed up with, “Not to make it a racial thing, but to think if we would have known how to profit off what we were doing in the streets. The brownstones that are now owned by the W-hite people in Harlem would still be ours.” [theGrio]

Star magazine claims Will Smith was allegedly caught cheating on his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, with his 23-year-old Focus star Margot Robbie. I would expect a lengthy Facebook status update from Jada condemning this story sooner than later. [EURWeb]

Keyshia Cole took to Instragram to say she’s been considering adoption. She wrote: “Thinking about adopting. I mean I was adopted. There’s so much I could offer a child that’s been thru the system. Momma cole down! She willing to help. Plus Munch needs a brother/sister. And I’ve got [too] much work to do to have a child right now.”

I normally hate people who put up words on a photo-based app, but this is so sweet and Black babies need stateside are so overlooked in the adoption system. Hand clap for Keysh. [Keyshia Cole]

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Mimi Faust is rumored to have a sex tape out with boyfriend and aspiring Stevie J, Nikko. And now she’s rumored to have enlisted the aid of a media coach to help her deal with a scandal that some people believe she created. Oh, how I can’t wait for season three of this show. [Funky Dineva]

Erica Mena and K. Michelle don’t seem to like each other a whole lot, though it’s an odd beef considering the two have never met.

The singer, who has since gone from Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta to the NY-based franchise said of her new co-star in an interview with Philadelphia’s 107.9: “Trash. The thing about [it], I’ve never met her a day in my life. She went on her Twitter rant, I don’t know this girl. No one speaks about her in filming. I don’t film with any of the girls. I think that she wants to be the character on that show, and it’s a threat for me to be there. I was brought in to bring ratings. So obviously [she] didn’t do enough.”

In response, Erica told DjsDoingWork.com: “I haven’t really had the pleasure of going face-to-face with her. She has a lot to say about me, but she’s scared to shoot with me…She’s coming from out of nowhere. Now, all of a sudden she has some harsh opinions about me, and she doesn’t even know me. Right now, she’s just feeling  own sh*t!”

In conclusion, I believe you, K. Michelle. [Amy Traphouse]
