A Bronx, New York, woman who can be seen on video threatening a male Uber driver of rape has been banned for life from using the ride-share service.

Dash-cam footage posted online earlier this week showed the woman angrily accosting the male driver for nearly 9 minutes. The woman even told the driver, “Donald Trump going to send you and your family back [to your country].”

“As our Community Guidelines make clear, this will not be tolerated by anyone who uses Uber,” a spokesperson for Uber told the New York Post. “The rider’s account has been banned and Uber is looking into this incident.”

The woman was also caught on video telling the driver she would punch herself in the face and tell police he did it.

“You’re going to jail,” she repeatedly said.

The confrontation reportedly happened after the rider asked the Uber driver for an iPhone charger. He didn’t have it, and things escalated from there.

“If I don’t have a charger, politely ask me. I’ll politely tell you, ‘I’m sorry, I don’t have a charger,’” the man said. “But you start disrespecting me.”

The identities of the vehicle’s occupants have not been publicly released.
