Since #BlackTwitter is taken as a monolith, perhaps we can call this “#WhiteTwitter’s” response to President Obama’s poignant speech about Trayvon Martin, racial profiling and the treatment of African-American men in the U.S.* This kind of pervasive resistance to the notion of humanizing Black boys, cannot and will not stop the necessary social change that President Obama calls on ALL Americans to embrace.
#DetroitBankruptcy & #Obama can ONLY speak2 #TrayvonMartin & HOW bad #AfricanAmericans have it in this country REALLY? #wakeupAmerica #22ndA

Obama realized the truth about Trayvon’s bad habits was surfacing, so he gave a speech to turn the boiling pot down to a simmer. #agitator

If you ever had any doubts, Obama is the first Racist in Chief

Obama’s race dividing garbage speech today, where whites are automatically racist and blacks are automatically victims was beyond pathetic.

No one in media has courage to criticize Obama for his racial demagoguery, but in living rooms around the world his numbers are falling.

Obama backs the race-baiters on the eve of Sharptonpalooza. Identity politics above all. Shameful. #Zimmerman #Trayvon #CouldveBeenMe

Worth noting that WH gave no advance notice of the President’s statement today. Will appear in Saturday papers: least read of the week.
