With CPAC finally concluding its event, Andrew Breitbart is sending shockwaves all over the Internet. This past Friday, the controversial conservative planted a molotov cocktail of his own when he revealed to the audience that he had “videos” of President Barack Obama from his college days.
After coming out to Rage Against the Machine‘s “Guerrilla Radio,” Breitbart vehemently said, “I have videos, this election we’re going to vet him. We are going to vet him from his college days to show you why racial division and class warfare are central to what hope and change was sold in 2008.” “The videos are going to come out, the narrative is going to come out,” Breitbart said to raucous applause, “that [President] Barack Obama met a bunch of silver ponytails in the 1980s, like Bill (Ayers) and Bernadine (Dohrn), who said one day we would have the presidency, and the rest of us slept as they plotted, and they plotted, and they plotted…”
The video, which runs 16-minutes in length, features digs at the Occupy movement, media outlets like MSNBC, and says that Al Sharpton is “freaky.” Does Andrew Breitbart having tapes of Barack Obama signify a dirty new tactic that will be used in this year’s election? Or is the controversial columnist just blowing a smoke screen in our faces?
