The scene was described as “chaotic” after a shooting broke out in New Orleans, Sunday night.
At least 16 people were shot as gunfire broke loose at Bunny Friend Park in the Upper Ninth Ward while approximately 500 people were gathered for an impromptu music video shoot.
The shooting took place as the Nine-Times Social and Pleasure Club hosted its second-line parade, a cultural staple in New Orleans, about two blocks away from the volatile scene.
