At Least 3 Dead After Islamist Extremists Attack Mali Hotel

Islamist extremists armed with guns and throwing grenades attacked the Radisson Blu hotel in Mali’s capital Friday morning.

Malian, American and French troops reacted quickly, but not before at least three people lost their lives in the attack.

Malian state TV reported that 80 people have been rescued, after being freed floor by floor by troops.
