One of several women who have accused famed comedian Bill Cosby of sexual assault has dropped her case.

Chloe Goins voluntarily dropped her suit, filed last October, without explanation Tuesday. Lawyers for both Goins and Cosby have yet to comment on the latest development regarding the scandal.

In the lawsuit, Goins alleged that Cosby invited her to the Playboy mansion when she was around 17. She says the star then gave her a drink that made her dizzy and took her to a bedroom where she passed out.

She claimed that she later woke up with all of her clothes off and Cosby biting her toes.

Through his lawyers, Cosby has denied all allegations that he ever sexually assaulted any of the women. In relation to Goins’ case, he says he was not at the party where the alleged incident occurred.
