Bill Cosby arrives for a preliminary hearing at the Montgomery

With just more than three months before his sentencing for assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004, Bill Cosby has fired his entire legal team.

According to Deadline, Cosby has now retained Pennsylvania attorney Joseph P. Green Jr., who has taken over from the prominent team led by Tom Mesereau.

A Pennsylvania jury found Cosby guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault in a retrial that ended  on April 26.

He  is currently under house arrest and is set to be sentenced after a two-day hearing beginning September 24. There’s no word yet from Cosby’s new lawyer or officials if the new representation will mean his court dates are pushed back.
