The Breakfast Club had the pleasure of speaking with the late Eric Garner’s wife, Esaw Garner, her daughter Emerald Garner, and the Reverend Al Sharpton this morning in a raw, real interview. Mrs. Garner, mother of 6 children and 3 grandchildren, shared emotional details of her husband’s last day on earth, the ‘I Can’t Breathe’ video that went viral before she even saw it, and fighting for justice for other families going through what she went through. In fact, her daughter Emerald works with Reverend Al Sharpton’s National Action Network, especially helping children of families dealing with injustice.
