The former University of Hartford student who bragged about contaminating her roommate’s belongings and endangering her health requested a program that would leave any criminal charges off of her record on Tuesday.

The New York Post reports eighteen-year-old Brianna Brochu has applied for an accelerated rehabilitation probation program which could allow her to maintain a record which would exclude her malicious deeds.

Brochu was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief and breach of peace in November after systematically poisoning her ex-roommate Chennel Rowe. In an October Instagram post, Brochu shared she stuck Rowe’s toothbrush in places “where the sun don’t shine” and wiped used tampons on her belongings among other devious acts.

She also referred to her old roommate as “Jamaican Barbie” in the post. Brochu claimed she’d been trying to get Rowe to move out of the room they shared together. Despite the nickname she attributed to Rowe and urging from civil rights groups, Brochu avoided hate crime charges.
