Chris Brown has been arrested in Paris following accusations of raping a woman, CNN reported.

The “Undecided” singer was detained Monday along with two others after a woman filed a rape complaint, according to French officials. Potential charges include aggravated rape and drug infractions. Brown remains in custody. Investigators have two days to let him go or officially file charges, according to The Huffington Post.

The woman who filed the complaint claims she met the entertainer and his crew overnight Jan. 15-16 at the club Le Crystal in the 8th arrondissement near the Champs-Elysees. They all then went to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel near the Concorde Plaza in central Paris. One of Brown’s bodyguards was also detained.

Brown has had several run-ins with the law since his 2009 spat with ex-girlfriend Rihanna that resulted in physical assault charges. Most recently, the R&B star was arrested after a July 2018 concert on a felony battery charge stemming from an April 2017 incident in which he was accused of punching a photographer for taking photos without permission, CNN reported.
