A former Cleveland police officer has admitted to using a sex toy on two women during a traffic stop. 49-year-old Kenneth Bolton Jr. confessed to assaulting the 22 and 23-year-old women with a sex toy after pulling them over on February 23.

Bolton targeted the women 30 minutes after he was alerted another officer pulled over and gave them a citation. The New York Daily News reports that the ex-cop found a sex toy in the back of the women’s car and proceeded to fondle them with it.

The 16-year police veteran was fired two weeks after the illegal stop yielded in an internal investigation. In the termination letter, East Cleveland Police Chief Michael Cardilli claimed Bolton confessed to “numerous misdemeanor and felony laws” to the county prosecutor’s office. Bolton has also pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor involving civil rights that led to the termination of a kidnapping case.

He must now register as a sex offender. Bolton has pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition for the sex toy assault. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for October 16.
