Moderna Vaccine Generates Twice as Many Antibodies as Pfizer, Study Finds

A new study, which was published on Monday, in a letter to the Journal of the American Medical Association found that the Moderna vaccine creates twice as many antibodies against the deadly COVID-19 virus in comparison to its Pfizer counterpart, according to Bloomberg. The results come from a study, which examined 2,500 workers at a Belgium hospital.

Cam Newton Released from the Patriots

Cam Newton was released from the New England Patriots Tuesday, according to The Boston Globe. In his absence, rookie Mac Jones will step up as the team’s starting quarterback. The move comes after Netwon signed a one-year contract with the team back in March for $13.6 million with a guarantee of $3.5 million, according to Complex.

Influencer Mercedes Morr Dies in Apparent Murder-Suicide

Influencer Mercedes Moor, née Jenae Gagnier, has died. According to E! News, Gagnier was found dead at her home in Richmond, Texas, Sunday by officers performing a welfare check. Her cause of death has been ruled as strangulation and traumatic concussion. The body of Kevin Alexander Accorto was also discovered at the scene. Accorto has been labeled a suspect in Gagnier’s murder and is believed to have died by suicide. Investigators do not believe that Gagnier and the suspect had a relationship, and authorities are still working to piece together a motive.
