Former professional boxer Freeda Foreman died from an apparent suicide, reports TMZ.
According to the news outlet, Houston's Harris County Coroner's Office listed Foreman's death as "asphyxia by hanging."

Freeda Foreman, a former professional boxer and daughter of boxing legend George Foreman, has died. She was found unresponsive in her Houston-area home on Saturday, reports TMZ. She was 42.
Officials are awaiting results of an autopsy to reveal the official cause of death. Police do not suspect foul play.
George took to social media with a tribute to his late daughter. “First Sunday in 42 years without my Freeda. She’s With her maker now. 10 kids forever. Just 1 more day I wanted,” he wrote.
Freeda's mother, Andre Skeete, and daughter Justice Green recounted family memories during an interview with Houston’s KHOU 11.
“She loved to be close to me. She loved to be up under me. She loved to cuddle, wherever we were," her mother shared.
Foreman followed in her father’s footsteps in 2000 and began a professional boxing career, writes TMZ. A middleweight contender, she won her first fight, scored knockouts and retired with a record of 5-1 after losing her sixth match in 2001.
While Foreman's time in the ring may have come to an end, her dedication to the sport of boxing continued. She began a career in promotion and appeared in several documentaries about her two-time heavyweight champion father.
She is survived by her husband, two daughters, three grandchildren, her parents and 11 siblings, reports TMZ.
