Former NFL Star Michael D. Jackson Dies in Motorcycle Accident

Former NFL wide receiver, Michael D. Jackson, has died.

WJLA reports that Jackson, who played for the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens in the 90s, was driving a 2013 Kawasaki when he crashed “at a high rate of speed” early Friday.

Louisiana State Police said a driver backed out of a parking spot, taking up both lanes of the highway Jackson was driving along. The two collided, according to officials. The crash reportedly resulted in Jackson’s bike smashing “through the door” of the vehicle.

The driver was also killed. The crash is currently under investigation.

Our condolences go out to Mr. Jackson’s loved ones.
