Stiger is a Los Angeles Police Department Sergeant who is serving as a prosecution witness. Prosecutor Steve Schleicher showed jurors five different images taken from video footage of the arrest. Stiger went through the images and explained that in each one, it appears that Chauvin’s knee remained on Floyd’s neck.
