Miller’s mother is expected to raise questions regarding this determination during a press conference on Wednesday.

In an interview with Vanity Fair, Issa Rae shed light on an old disagreement between her and fellow actress Lauren London before explaining how London’s late boyfriend, Nipsey Hussle helped them to mend the relationship. “He was like, ‘You should just talk to her. Let me set it up,’ ” she recalled. “It actually sparked an amazing two-hour conversation. We had so much in common. She was like, ‘People don’t understand, I’m an awkward Black girl.’ In the same way that I was upset about the limited portrayal of Black women, she was like, ‘People do the same thing to me.’ I completely get that.”

New York Attorney General Letitia James announced Tuesday that her civil probe into the Trump Organization is now a criminal investigation, Fortune reports. “We have informed the Trump Organization that our investigation into the organization is no longer purely civil in nature. Carlos King is set to executive produce the series.
