New Edition & Their Wives Celebrate Bobby Brown’s 50th Birthday

Childhood friends Michael Bivins, Ronnie DeVoe and Ricky Bell gathered last weekend to wish fellow New Edition member Bobby Brown a happy 50^th birthday. The influential group was joined by their wives for the all-white boat party, sharing photos from the evening on Instagram.

Brown’s wife and manager, Alicia Etheridge-Brown, held down hosting duties. Real Housewives of Atlanta star Shamari DeVoe, whose been married to Ronnie DeVoe for 13 years, shared photos of herself posing with Bell’s wife, Amy Correa Bell, and Bivins’ wife, Teasha Bivins. Mr. DeVoe also shared photos of his group mates.

Brown, the youngest member of New Edition, will officially turn 50 on Feb. 5.
