Two new women have come forward in Chicago with claims that R. Kelly had sex with minors.
Before a grand jury, one alleged victim testified she was underage when she had sex with the singer in Illinois between 2008 and 2010, according to TMZ. She reportedly also provided physical evidence to back up her allegations, though the nature of said evidence has not been revealed.
A second women testified that she had knowledge of him sleeping with underage girls. She also corroborated details revealed in Lifetime’s Surviving R. Kelly.
In addition to the new accusers, attorney Michael Avenatti has confirmed the existence of a third tape that reportedly shows the singer having sex with a minor.
Avenatti took to Twitter Saturday to confirm the tape’s existence, writing, “Update: We have become aware of the existence of a third tape, that allegedly shows further acts of sexual abuse of an underage girl by R. Kelly, which we are presently working to recover and turnover to law enforcement.”
