CBS reports Eric Holder, the man suspected of killing rapper Nipsey Hussle and injuring two others, has been captured by police in Bellflower, California.

The LA County Sheriff’s Department confirmed Holder was caught by deputies shortly before 1:30 p.m. PST in the 9900 block of Artesia Boulevard. For more information on Holder and Hussle's passing, see below.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) named the suspect wanted in the shooting death of hometown rapper Nipsey Hussle on Tuesday.

According to CNN, Eric Holder, 29, is wanted for homicide. Police said the suspect approached Hussle, 33, and a small group while they stood outside the rapper's storefront, Marathon Clothing, on Sunday afternoon.

The 29-year-old allegedly fired multiple shots before fleeing the scene and entering the passenger side of a car that was "driven by an unidentified female."

The Grammy-nominated rapper died in the shooting and two other men were wounded.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the rapper/businessman may have known Holder because they allegedly got into a dispute before the gunshots rang off.

"Eric Holder is wanted for Homicide in the shooting of Nipsey Hussle," the LAPD wrote in a Twitter post requesting assistance from the public. "He was last seen in a 2016 white 4 door Chevy Cruze CA license plate 7RJD742. Anyone with information related to his whereabouts or this deadly shooting is urged to contact South Bureau Homicide."

Celebrities and fans including Issa Rae, Kendrick Lamar and Nick Cannon paid tribute to Hussle following the tragic news of his untimely death.
