Old Navy has reportedly fired three of its employees after a customer took to social media to complain about being racial profiled.

According to USA Today, 29-year-old James Conley shared a number of videos to Facebook last week that showed a West Des Moines, IA, employee accusing him of stealing.

“I was accused that I didn’t pay for my blue bubble jacket that I got for Christmas that I wore into the store,” Conley said in the post.

The post, which has since gone viral, resulted in the company terminating the employees.

“The situation was a violation of our policies and values, and we apologize to both Mr. Conley and to those we’ve disappointed,” the company said in a post on Saturday. “All of our customers deserve to be treated with respect.”
