According to ABC Chicago, Pfizer data suggests that a third dose of the pharmaceutical company’s COVID-19 vaccine can “strongly” boost protection against the Delta variant. The data, which included 23 people, found that people between the ages of 18 and 55 who received the third dose had antibody levels against the Delta variant that were fivefold compared to those who had received only two doses of the vaccine.
