Tamron Hall announced Tuesday that TV legend Bill Geddie will be the executive producer (EP) of her forthcoming syndicated talk show.

Hall shared a meme of herself, which references viral content of rapper Soulja Boy, who recently made headlines for screaming Drake's name during an interview on Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club.

Geddie began his career as a producer for Good Morning America. He later served as the executive producer, writer and director of The Barbara Walters Specials and The 10 Most Fascinating People. In 1997, he co-founded The View, where he served as executive producer for 17 years.

“From our first conversation, it was clear that Bill Geddie is everything I imagine in an executive producer,” Hall said, according to Deadline. “Bill’s experience and success in television make him a legend in the business. His respect for the daytime audience and his ability to bring together a strong team behind the scenes is unmatched. Bill knows, top to bottom, what it takes to bring viewers a daily show well worth their time – one that’s informative, authentic, fun and compelling.”

In a statement, Geddie said he planned to "partner with Tamron and shake up daytime again." The television producer said Hall's new show is "the most exciting thing" he's been a part of since his time on The View.

Hall's daytime show will debut on ABC in the fall.
