The Texas woman who falsely claimed she was raped by three black men last year pleaded guilty to “four felony charges of tampering with physical evidence and government documents,” according to HeraldDemocrat.com.

Breana Harmon, 18, will likely avoid jail time after copping a plea deal with prosecutors that would give her probation or a deferred sentence, according to reports.

“She’s very remorseful for what she did and what she said and that’s why she decided to plead guilty,” Harmon’s attorney Bob Jarvis told HeraldDemocrat.com. “Of course, we’ll be asking for deferred and they’ll be asking for regular probation.”

In March 2017, Harmon was reported missing by her fiancé, who said he came home to their shared apartment and saw her vehicle abandoned in a nearby parking lot and all her belongings on the ground.

Harmon went into a church in Denison, Texas and said that she was abducted and sexually assaulted by three black men wearing ski masks, according to reports.

Medical staff was unable to find evidence that she was sexually assaulted, according to KSAT 12.

She also admitted to authorities that cuts found on her body were self-inflicted.

Harmon will be sentenced on March 20.
