Goldberg’s co-hosts Joy Behar, Abby Hunstman, Ana Navarro, Sunny Hostin and Meghan McCain were stunned when she approached the show’s stage.

The show’s social media account posted a celebratory picture following Goldberg’s surprise appearance.
Last Friday, Goldberg revealed that she almost died from complications to septic pneumonia. “So here’s what happened: I had pneumonia and I was septic. Pneumonia in both lungs, which meant there was fluid. There was all kinds of stuff going on. And yes, I came very, very close to leaving the Earth. Good news, I didn’t.”
