Forbes Magazine has released its annual list of 100 most powerful women, and apparently the celebrity grip on society has loosened a bit.

While innovators and world leaders like Sheryl Sandberg and Michelle Obama crowd the Top 10, two of entertainment's most powerful women, Beyoncé and Oprah Winfrey, make it into the Top 20.

Oprah, who held the No. 3 spot in 2010, came in at No. 13 this year, while Queen Bey clocks in at No. 17. Two years ago, the Single Ladies singer was No. 9.
