Oprah Winfrey has had quite a few ups and downs with her network OWN since its inception. Recently, Winfrey has managed to snag many sought after interviews, namely a sit-down with Bobby Kristina and Whitney Houston's family. Yet, according to an interview done with AJ Calloway on "Extra," the special interview almost never took place because Bobby Kristina's location had been unknown. Never one to take no for an answer, the determined media mogul was able to locate the late singer's daughter and ask the request personally. "I just used that moment," said Winfrey.

Winfrey also spoke about the Trayvon Martin case, saying, "It’s a tragedy and it is a shame and we all know it.” She also mentioned an interest in a future interview with George Zimmerman. In regards to the recent, abrupt cancelation of Rosie O' Donnell's show on OWN, Winfrey claims that O'Donnell took the hard news like a champ. ”I called [Rosie] and said ‘We’re not going to be able to go forward’… we both knew," Winfrey stated. "She is a class act, one thousand per cent.”

How likely is it that Oprah will get a sit-down interview with Zimmerman? Should the media mogul be doing more to bring light to the Trayvon Martin case?
