Phaedra Parks is officially a single woman.

TMZ reports the Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star’s divorce from Apollo Nida has finally been finalized and includes a parenting plan.

The ruling comes roughly three years after the couple filed for divorce in Oct. 2014. In March, a previously granted divorce ruling was returned by a judge. At the time, the judge reportedly felt the ruling was unfair to Nida.

Parks was accused of misleading Nida and “intentionally misspelling the parties names” by the judge. Nida also was said to have never been served paper work informing him of his dissolved marital status.

The former couple reportedly struck an agreement where they will share joint legal custody, with Phaedra having primary physical custody.

Nida, 38, is currently serving time behind bars for money fraud. As part of the settlement, he will receive weekly phone calls with their two sons, Dylan and Ayden.
