Rapper Pusha T married his longtime girlfriend, Virginia Williams, on Saturday in their hometown of Virginia Beach, Virginia, confirms Brides magazine.
The pair wed at the historic Cavalier Hotel in front of 150 of their family and friends. The star-studded guest list included Pharrell, who served as Pusha’s best man; Grimes; Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. Pusha’s brother, Gene “No Malice” Thornton, his former rap partner and now devout Christian, officiated at the ceremony.
After dating for 11 years, the couple wed on July 21, the same date they became engaged in 2016. “I saw her from across the room at Hell Hath No Fury album release party in her hometown of Norfolk, VA. The rest was history!” the groom told Brides. “For whatever reason, I see the number 721 almost every day in crazy places.”
“On 7/21/16 Terrence had me believing he was in LA, but popped up at our home in Bethesda,” Virginia told the publication. “He told me to meet him on our rooftop terrace…when I did he was on one knee and asked me to marry him at 7:21 pm! I said yes!”
The newlyweds’ first dance was to Curtis Mayfield’s “Makings of You,” and they provided guests with custom adidas slides to hit the dance floor.
