Prosecutors have hit R. Kelly with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, TMZ reports. Reportedly, nine of the 10 counts involve alleged victims ranging in ages from 13 to 16. One alleged victim is the subject of four counts, and there are four girls total listed as possible victims.

Sources told TMZ that Kelly plans to turn himself in Friday night in Chicago. Prosecutors will still issue an arrest warrant in the meantime. Criminal sexual abuse is a class 2 felony in Illinois. Each of the 10 charges carries a max sentence of three to seven years in prison.

This news comes after lawyer Michael Avenatti handed over to authorities a second tape of whom he believes is Kelly having sex with a minor. He also confirmed that a third tape exists. The testimony of two new accusers likely attributed to the charges being filed.

Kelly was found not guilty of child pornography in 2008, when the initial tape was shown as evidence.
