Minneapolis officials will not be pursuing charges against B2K singer Raz B for allegedly assaulting against his girlfriend on Wednesday.

According to TMZ, the Hennepin County Attorney's Office talked to the singer's girlfriend, witnesses and analyzed surveillance video before deciding that there was not enough evidence to go forward with the charges.

The media outlet reports that the singer and his girlfriend had a verbal altercation that turned physical outside of a Minneapolis Macy's department store. His girlfriend reportedly informed a family member who encouraged her to call the police.

The singer was arrested and charged with domestic assault by strangulation.

After his arrest, reps for the singer released a lengthy statement addressing the incident. The singer reportedly took "full responsibility" for the altercation and planned to seek treatment following the altercation.

After the charges were dropped, Raz was released from the Hennepin County Jail, where he was being held without bond.
