Rub the rim of a glass with a wedge of fresh lime and dip into some salt. Add your key ingredient: 1½ ounces Tequila Avión Reposado, and ¾ ounce each of fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Then fill your mixing glass with ice. Give your cocktail a good shake to chill, and strain it into your salted glass. Then, garnish with a piece of red pepper and cilantro. Enjoy!
