Rapper Remy Ma gave her fans a peek at her newborn daughter on Christmas. She posted an image of herself holding the infant shortly after delivery.

The 38-year-old and her husband, Papoose, 40, welcomed the precious baby girl on Dec. 14. Their miracle baby came after the couple spent more than a decade together including Ma’s seven-year stint in prison. They previously experienced an ectopic pregnancy during their journey to expand the Mackie family.
This birthing story came with its own hardships. Last week, Ma was hospitalized and underwent emergency surgery due to excessive bleeding she experienced after what Papoose described as “tough labor.”
Despite the setbacks, the family was able to experience their first Christmas at home. Like most celebrities, the couple is shielding the baby’s face from the public for now. In addition, they have yet to reveal the child’s name.
