The Young and the Restless actor Kristoff St. John will be buried next to his son who died by suicide almost 5 years ago, sources tell TMZ.
St. John was found dead in his San Fernando Valley home on Aug. 3 by friends who went to check on the star. There were no signs of foul play, but alcohol may have been involved, per reports.
The two-time Emmy Award winner will be buried at Valley Oaks Memorial Park in Westlake Village, California. His grace will be next to his son Julian St. John who died in 2014.
St. John had reportedly struggled since his son’s death and retweeted a post on Jan. 21 on Twitter that discussed the pain a parent feels after losing a child.
“Grieving the loss of a child is a process. It begins on the day your child passes, and ends the day the parent joins them,” the post read, writes PEOPLE. St. John included, “Never a truer word was [spoken].”
Celebrities and fans expressed condolences to the late actor, following his death.
“The pain of grief and mental health should be addressed in the same realm as "physical" ailments. No real words except.... I hope you found peace,” Viola Davis wrote on Twitter.
"Mr KRISTOFF ST JOHN..... There is no ME without YOU!!!!! You are MY BROTHER!!! I LOVE YOU!!! Sleep my dude.... REST IN PEACE," Shamar Moore wrote on Instagram.
