51-year-old "Good Morning America" co-anchor, Robin Roberts, announced to fans, well-wishers, and family that her blood counts are great. After facing a hard bout from losing her mother, Roberts wrote a message which was posted on ABC blog, expressing her gratitude for all the support she has been receiving while giving an update on her improving health.

"Today is what I like to call 'Thankful Thursday,' a.k.a. Friday Eve," Roberts wrote on the blog. "I have been in the hospital for 25 days now. My bone marrow transplant took place exactly two weeks ago. The only numbers that matter are my blood counts and they are… GREAT!" Roberts mentioned that her sister, Sally-Ann, is recuperating as well, and that her stem cells "apparently feel right at home in my body."
