Women's History Month is in full swing, and Black women in Hollywood have taken over social media with a viral dance challenge. Last week, Academy Award-winning costume designer Ruth Carter set out to “show the world when women unite anything is possible” by calling on her famous friends and asking them to dance to or lip synch their favorite empowering song.

Gabrielle Union and her adorable baby girl, Kaava James Union Wade, joined the fun. The Being Mary Jane star explained her decision to dance to Mary J. Blige's "Not Gon' Cry."
