Serena Williams black catsuit that she wore at this year’s French Open will be banned from future tournaments because it went “too far,” BuzzFeed News reports.

Bernard Giudicelli, the French Tennis Federation president, told Tennis magazine on Friday that it would implement a new dress code for athletes competing in the French Open.

“I think that sometimes we’ve gone too far,” he said.

Williams said that she wore the bodysuit because it prevents blood clots, which is something that she has suffered with for years and became a pressing an issue when she gave birth to her daughter Olympia last year.

“I had a lot of problems with my blood clots. God, I don’t know how many I’ve had in the last 12 months,” she told reporters in May.

Williams did not seem to have an issue with Giudicelli’s decision, telling reporters on Saturday before the start of the U.S. Open that they have “a wonderful relationship.”

“I feel like if and when, or if they know that some things are for health reasons, then there’s no way that they wouldn’t be okay with it,” Williams said. “So I think it’s fine. The president of the French Tennis Federation, he’s been really amazing. He’s been so easy to talk to. My whole team is basically French, so, yeah, we have a wonderful relationship.”

Williams had likened her outfit to something out of Black Panther when she wore it in May.

“I feel like a warrior in it, like a warrior princess kind of queen from Wakanda maybe,” she had said at the time.  “I’ve always wanted to be a superhero, and it’s my way of being a superhero.”
